handling your kitchen witch product

Once you receive your kitchen witch cookies, brownies, scones or biscuits, place them in the freezer immediately. Even if thawing has occurred, the products will bake and taste as expected once re-frozen. Wait at least two hours for thawed or partially thawed items to re-freeze before baking.

Always bake kitchen witch products from frozen.

Baked items can be stored in airtight containers at room temperature for several days following baking. Refresh biscuits and scones by wrapping loosely in foil and heating in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes. Cookies can be warmed in microwave. Once baked, brownies keep best in the original container in the refrigerator (warm individual servings on microwave-safe plate in microwave, if desired).

handling dry ice

Your kitchen witch products are shipped with enough dry ice to hold them for two days. If dry ice remains, do not handle it directly, as this could result in burns. Use gloves if you need to handle the dry ice. Or, carefully remove your kitchen witch products from the package and leave the dry ice inside the shipping container and place the entire container outside or in a well-ventilated area until fully evaporated.
